One Step at a Time

Think well means your mental health and emotional well-being. We understand the pressure of living and studying away from home, particularly now during this time of Covid-19. We have a qualified student counsellor and psychology PhD who you can book for 1-on-1 counselling sessions for free.  We will also publish articles and information on how to deal with common issues such as depression, anxiety and loneliness.
